The Maidens Hotel is a Grade I listed four-star heritage hotel in Delhi, still in active use. The project involved preparing a comprehensive conservation strategy to analyze the site’s significance and chart a way forward for its future. The work included a detailed situation analysis, measured drawings, condition assessment, and the development of a long-term conservation plan that balances heritage preservation with the demands of a functional hospitality business.
