The Sihor Darbargadh, a palace complex with deep historical and architectural value, formed the subject of a conservation plan that aimed to balance heritage preservation with adaptive reuse. The project documented the palace’s unique architectural elements and mapped the condition of its structures. Conservation strategies were developed to stabilize deteriorated portions, restore original detailing, and prepare select areas for reuse in line with community and cultural activities.
