The Quad Building is one of the oldest structures on the Woodstock School campus, embodying significant architectural and aesthetic value as part of a larger ensemble set in a wooded landscape. The project involved preparing a conservation strategy to guide the future conservation and development of the Quad Building, including alterations, retrofitting, and additions. The plan provided a framework for prioritizing actions and ensuring conservation requirements were addressed while new projects were introduced. The strategy became the foundation for planning works across the campus and involved documentation, mapping, condition assessment, preparation of bills of quantities, and developing an implementation strategy with scheduling of works.
