Aishwarya Tipnis recently facilitated an intensive, day-long workshop with the Masters of Urban Design (Class of 2024–26) at the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. The session focused on how urban policy can support adaptive reuse as a powerful tool for sustainable transformation in Indian cities.

Through case studies, group discussions, and hands-on activities, students explored the challenges and possibilities of working within existing urban fabric. The workshop encouraged critical thinking around planning, policy, and the evolving role of heritage in shaping future-ready, inclusive places.
